My training in the holistic field begins at 19, when, in search of new tools of transformation and understanding, I meet Reiki. I received the first Reiki level on 9 and 10 December 1996 and that moment marks the beginning of an important journey in my life that continues to inspire and guide me daily.

With Reiki I meet the holistic and energetic disciplines, I acquire and develop new skills connected to a subtle and profound feeling that puts me back in touch with my past, my childhood, my roots and my ancestors.

The light and simplicity of Reiki guide and support me in regaining possession of my emotions and attitudes, in rediscovering my uniqueness and that of those I meet on my path. I develop new talents and desires and this leads me to leave scientific university studies and to embrace art and creation as a new tool for integration and evolution.

For many years I dedicate myself to the magical universe of audiovisual storytelling through the making of short and medium-length films, videos and documentaries.

At the same time I start a training course as a Reiki Master and Holistic Counselor at the Holistic School of the City of Light.

In 2004 I completed the first part of my training and became Usui Reiki Teacher and Holistic Counselor with a transpersonal systemic address. I immediately start organizing Reiki seminars and offering my support as a holistic counselor in individual consultations and group meetings.

In the same years I began to conduct workshops and workshops on film directing, screenwriting and acting, supporting and guiding many university students, adolescents and adults through the knowledge and experimentation of this extraordinary and alchemical tool, Cinema.

My path of personal and spiritual growth continues and deepens and in 2004 I meet Bert Hellinger's Psychogenology and Family and Systemic Constellations. This new tool brings a wave of great awareness into my life, I acquire strength and connection, I understand in a broad and clarifying vision what I have experienced since my conception, my birth, childhood, adolescence. With new energy I project myself into the present and into the future and in 2006 I decide to start my training as a facilitator.

In my artistic and creative path, storytelling in all its forms becomes my center, I experiment with new forms of expression, I apply art and image and sound with great wonder to a deep inner exploration, where everything appears connected and full of sense. For a few years I attended the meetings held by Stefania Guerralisi and her assistants on her original approach to Musicarterapia in the Globality of Languages, in which a helping relationship, art and creation come together and open new and fertile doors and windows of communication, an expression of one's own authenticity, freedom and uniqueness.

In 2011 I became the mother of Enea, and the experience of his birth and my re-birth offer me new perspectives and interpretations on our life experience, on conception and pregnancy, on my being a mother and a woman.

In November 2013 with great joy I completed my training as a Facilitator in Family and Systemic Constellations and I begin to offer individual consultations and group seminars with the aim of bringing ever greater authenticity and presence into the life of those who want it.

In 2016 I became Efrem's mother and the experience of parenting, shared with my partner, is transformed and deepened, the magic of birth and the first moments of contact with a child who has just arrived on earth awaken in me the desire to investigate other planes of reality, the other dimensions, the subtle and archaic energies that connect us and guide our souls. Thus began my path in shamanism, first through the study and reading of texts and then through daily practice.

Through shamanism many knots are dissolved, a new creative fertility and a renewed intuition guide me with ever greater force on my path, I explore the complex and multifaceted world of non-ordinary reality, the shamanic cosmology and the medicine wheel offer me new and stimulating healing tools on an even broader horizon.

 

In my daily life, all the way I have made it leaves a mark and an imprint, which vibrates and resonates in the depths of my soul. I thank and honor my ancestors, my masters met in this life, in this dimension and in others, I celebrate with great joy all that has happened and that is happening, I feel full of gratitude for what is present in my life. I look confidently towards what is to come. Open, present and listening.
