FAMILY, SYSTEMIC AND SPIRITUAL CONSTELLATIONS, what they are
Each of us carries within us at various levels, the resonances of everything that has happened in the past in our family of origin.
Family Constellations are a method that allows us to explore the history of our family tree and become aware of what unconscious dynamics we are present.
In this way we can understand how these dynamics act in our present blocking us in our realization and creating discomfort in our daily life and in our relationships.
With this method it is possible to restore order and give back to everyone their own place and destiny, choosing emotional and relational knots and letting go of the weight we have loaded ourselves with but which is not ours.
Bringing back into balance what happened in the past allows us to receive and dispose of new and healthy energy, allows us to recognize and find our place and resume the path towards our self-realization.
The feeling that this path leaves us is of having acquired a new and more stable balance, new satisfaction in our relationships, greater and deeper inner peace.

THE INDIVIDUAL CONSULTATION
The seminar is open to all those who wish to know the biological and spiritual laws that govern individual and family consciousness through the phenomenological systemic approach.
Family and systemic constellations are a method of investigation and understanding that can be applied to any type of system and theme: family, work, corporeal, emotional, relational.
Usually those who want to make a constellation bring with them a question, a question, a symptom and through this method it is possible to explore, see and integrate the dynamics, usually of a relational nature, from which that specific sensation or situation originates that in our present we live as a discomfort or "problem".
Participants in a seminar will have the opportunity to make their own constellation, if they wish, or otherwise make themselves available to be representatives for the constellations of others.
The effectiveness of this type of work depends on simply exposing oneself to what manifests itself with an attitude of listening and understanding. Even just being a representative is a deeply rejuvenating and clarifying experience.
It is possible to make an appointment for an individual consultation in case you prefer not to participate in the group seminar.
The purpose and the approach are the same, however we proceed step by step to analyze a specific issue by staging one element at a time.

Bert Hellinger,
THE FORMALIZER OF THE METHOD
Anton Hellinger was born on December 16, 1925 in Leimen, in southern Germany, into a Catholic family; after taking part in the Second World War and being a prisoner in war, he returns to Germany and becomes part of a religious order: he changes his name to Suitbert (hence the abbreviation Bert), studies philosophy and theology and, after the ordination as a priest, he was sent as a missionary to South Africa.
He spends 16 years among the Zulus, getting in touch deeply with their culture and their tribal traditions. In the early 1960s he met the phenomenological approach thanks to ecumenical and interracial seminars organized by the South African Anglican Church, based on the recognition of diversity with a suspension of judgment, without preconceptions.
In addition to stimulating his interest in the phenomenological method, this experience helps to distance him from the Catholic religion: shortly after in fact he leaves the priesthood and begins to deepen his studies in psychoanalysis in Vienna, Munich and finally in the United States, where he meets Arthur Janov. (creator of Primary Therapy), Eric Berne's Transactional Analysis, Levi Moreno's psychodrama , systemic family therapy, Gestalt psychology.
In the early Eighties he began to practice and spread the method of Family Constellations, and only in 1993 did he begin to publish the books that describe the theory and method of Family and Systemic Constellations, and the numerous experiences and insights gained from years of consultations and group work.
By his affirmation, everyone's life is conditioned by destinies and feelings that are not truly one's own and personal; even serious illnesses, the desire for death and problems at work can be due to entanglements of the family-system and can be brought to light through the process of the Family Constellations.
Reproduced by representatives, who recreate the interdependencies existing between the members of a family or a group, this "staging" highlights the unconscious dynamics that cause suffering in many aspects of everyone's life: in emotional relationships, in relationships in professional sphere, in the relationship with money and health.
